Marinnovation highlights Marin’s vibrant, creative culture and showcases the technologies, designs and ventures that are developing here right now. Marinnovation marks Marin’s emergence from the shadow of Silicon Valley to shine as a catalyst for new ideas, cutting edge technologies and sustainable economic development. Marinnovation 2013 is co-hosted by Venture Greenhouse and Marin Economic Forum.

Our keynote speaker will be Mitch Lowe, Cofounder of Netflix (as VP of Business Development) and Redbox (as COO and President). Prior to Netflix, he started, owned and operated the regional chain Video Droid.
John Stayton, Cofounder and Director of Venture Greenhouse, and Rob Eyler, CEO and Chief Economist at Marin Economic Forum, will also speak.
Up to 30 ventures will be showcased in our event rooms. This will be a networking opportunity for investors, entrepreneurs, business professionals, city and county officials, and anyone else interested in innovation and entrepreneurship in Marin.
Some of the ventures showcased will include: PiMobility, Living Mandala, Green Save, Dominican Renewables, Clean Focus Energy, Equator Coffees and Teas, Working Solutions, and Pacific Community Ventures.
